1. Order Service Policy

Warranty policy:

- In case of loss of goods during transportation, we will compensate 100% of the goods’ value.

- If goods are not delivered within 60 days after leaving the warehouse in China, we will refund your deposit.

- If customers do not use the reinforcement service, we will only compensate for 5-15% of the broken goods’ value – depending on the condition.

- Customers using the full reinforcement service: count at China warehouse, wooden packing and shock-proofing, we will compensate from 10-70% of the value of broken goods.

- Depending on the condition of the goods.

- For fragile products, made from ceramics, dishes, and flower pots broken during transportation, we will only compensate 5% of the broken goods’ value.

- For electronic equipment, customers must carefully check the technical specifications, we are only a shipping service and therefore are not responsible for unusable defective products.

2. Consignment Service Policy

- In case of loss of goods during transportation, we will compensate 5 times the shipping cost.

- Customers who choose to buy goods insurance, will charge 3.5% of the goods’ value (according to the customer’s declared value). In case of loss of goods during transportation, we will compensate according to the goods’ value (customer’s declared value).

- We have a service to reinforce goods. If customers do not use the reinforcement service, we will not be responsible if the goods are damaged.

- Customers using the full reinforcement service: count at China warehouse, wooden packing and shock-proofing, we will compensate from 10-50% of the value of broken goods.

- Depending on the condition of the goods: Fragile products, made from ceramics, dishes, flower pots broken during transportation, we will not be responsible – customers please note this.

3. Deposit Policy

- Customers need to deposit 100% cost of goods and service fee because CNP also needs to pay supplier to place an order.

- The remaining amount (international shipping fee, reinforcement fee,....) will be paid when the order arrives to Philippines’s warehouse.

*Note: For the deposit to be completed, at the time of deposit the customer’s wallet balance must be at least equal to the amount to be deposited.

4. Time Of Purchase

- CNP commits to complete the purchase within 24 hours from the time the order is deposited. In case, there is an objective reason that makes order cannot be purchased ( EX: wait for customer’s confirmation, wait for the Supplier to respond to the information), CNP must notify the Customer on the application.

- CNP only makes purchases of financially qualified orders. In case, the order has increased quantity, increased price…leading to lack of finance, CNP will request Customer to recharge financially as prescribed before purchasing the order.

- The 8-Hour Purchase Policy is applied to all deposited orders on all days of the week and holidays, except for holidays with prior notice.

5. Prohibited Goods

LIST OF GOODS PROHIBITED IN THE PHILIPPINES

+ The kinds of goods and goods banned by the country such as drugs, nerve stimulants … affecting human health (Burned lasers, shotguns, plastic toys, violent games)

+ Weapons, ammunition, military equipment, and personal self-defense products: knives, guns, clutches, swords, … or sharp objects. Depraved cultural products, reactionary documentary publications

+ Flammable and unhygienic substances causing environmental pollution: carbonated lighters, gasoline, oil, firecrackers, inflammable and explosive substances

+ All kinds of living organisms including flora and fauna

+ Types of wax flowers (the company does not order because the risk of damage to the goods, soaked in water during transportation is very high)

DANGEROUS GOODS CAN BE CARRIED WITH LIMITATION BELOW BY AIR BAGGAGE

+ Aerosols containing gas class 2.2 (non-flammable, non-toxic)

+ Medicine and toiletries Alcoholic beverages (only available at airport duty free shops)

+ Carbon oxide gas cylinders Electrical appliances with lithium or lithium ion batteries or accumulators Hair curlers contain hydrocarbon gas Small thermocouple for medical use.

+ Medical broadcasting equipment (pacemaker)

+ Safety matches and lighters
